About 10 years ago, a customer emailed us from Europe, inquiring if he could purchase a product he had seen there, anywhere in the USA. He was disappointed to learn that we only export and do not sell directly, so he could not buy just one unit at a reasonable price. However, he still expressed how amazing the product was and how much he loved it. This prompted us to consider why we shouldn't sell our products directly to customers who love them at a good price.
